Service cancellation and refund terms
Clients may cancel interior design services in accordance with the terms specified in their service agreement. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type and stage of the project.
If you cancel a service agreement before any work has commenced, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative fees. The specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
If you cancel a service agreement after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance after payment for completed work will be refunded according to the terms of your service agreement.
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
Fees for completed design work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed versus the total project scope.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work commences, deposit refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with your service agreement.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and verifying eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
